Athletics Services Available at UKC for Kids in Savannah
Before your young athlete starts up a new season or sport, bring them to UKC for their youth sports physicals.
We do youth sports physicals all the time here at Urgent Kidz Care. We work with young athletes from all over Savannah. Our pediatricians are expert healthcare professionals who make sure your athlete is ready to compete.
A youth sports physical is a little different from a school or standard check-up because sports are more demanding on the body. Our pediatricians look at many of the same things as other check-ups, but we want to ensure your athlete is ready for the rigorous physical demands of youth sports on their body. In that way, youth sports physicals might be a little in-depth.
We look at the status of healing injuries and preexisting conditions that may limit your athlete’s ability to compete. Be sure to fill out your forms completely so we’re able to complete a thorough check.
If you or your athlete has any specific concerns, please be ready to ask! Our sports pediatricians are eager to teach and help your athlete perform at their peak.
