We work with schools and sports teams all over Chatham County, so we know what’s needed for your kids’ physical. We do every kind of kids check-up here at Urgent Kidz Care for kids all over Savannah.
We do sports and school physicals all year long. If it’s just time for your child to come in for a regular check-up or to ensure they’re up-to-date on their shots, we do that, too.
